Ministry of Public Works and Housing of Republic of Indonesia is the government institution providing infrastructures in Indonesia. It has vision to provide reliable, beneficial and sustainable Public Works infrastructure to support the realization of a safe and peaceful, fair and democratic and more prosperous Indonesia.
We have nine missions, encompassing spatial planning, water resources, road infrastructure, housing and settlements, local government empowerment, construction industry competitiveness, technological development and our Ministry’s organizational improvement.
HAKI is an organisation for the civil and structural engineers in Indonesia which has four main purposes which include of to elevate the standard of construction engineering (structural engineering); to made every effort in construction engineering field for the benefit of the science itself, countries and general public and to foster the development of expert knowledge.
The American Concrete Institute – Singapore Chapter (ACI-SC) was founded in 1985. The purpose of this Chapter is to further education and technical practice, scientific investigation, and research by organizing the efforts of its members for a nonprofit, public service in gathering, correlating, and disseminating information for the improvement of the design, construction, manufacture, use and maintenance of concrete products and structures. ACI-SC has been conducting the Concrete Field Technician Certification course to equip the practitioner in the construction industry with knowledge and ability to properly perform and record the results of basic field tests on freshly mixed concrete.
Singapore Concrete Institute (SCI) was founded in July 1978. It is a non-profit organization dedicated to uphold standards of excellence in the use of concrete, improve concrete technology and to facilitate the interchange of ideas and co-ordinate and disseminate information on subjects relating to concrete. SCI publishes SCI Concretus Magazine yearly and host several networking night and a Gala dinner yearly.
